Wednesday Organization..

Hello!! Happy Wednesday to you all! In case you are new here, Wednesday I like to get a post up of some kind of organization. Around here we are ALWAYS trying to get things to run more efficiently making it easier on everyone. 

So today I have 2 different things to show you..

The first is my new cleaning caddie. 

We have a big house with 3 bathrooms.. A first floor and a second floor and a big garage. That means there are lots of places to store cleaning products. Right?? Well it hasn't worked out so well for us. Every week, I would look here, there, and every where for a particular cleaning product. I would have to check under the sink in the kitchen, then the bathrooms, and sometimes I still wouldn't find it. It was so frustrating!!! 

I really thought about getting 4 different sets of cleaners to keep in the kitchen and bathroom but as I was wondering the isles at my local Walmart I came upon this not so stylish blue caddie. And I will be honest, instead of running all around the house to look for items to fill it.. I just bought NEW everything. The other cleaning products I will gather up in time and add to the caddie when needed. 

I have cleaned the house in full 2 xs with this handy caddie and it has been Life Changing!! 

I not only saved time by not having to search around the house for cleaning products but it was so handy to just carry it room to room with everything I needed except for the mop, broom, and vacuum. 

Here is what I keep in it.. 

Hard wood floor cleaner - Very important in the Jaggers house! 

Clorox Bleach Cleaning Spray

I got a new package of sponges, but I don't use these a lot.. but they do come in handy at times. 

Bottle of Windex

Pledge Wood Cleaner

Lysol Toilet Bowl Cleaner

My beloved Feather Duster

Comet.. My Grandfather loved this stuff.. I buy it to remind me of him.. and it does clean really well!

Totally love Mr. Clean Magic Erasers! This one is a 4 pack.

Pine - Sol to mop the tile floors with. 

Reusable Latex Gloves

I also keep Lysol Disinfecting Spray too.. When kids are in the house.. this is important! 

I also love these Dual Action Lysol wipes too! This is a smaller container because it fits in the caddie.. I just refill them from the big container that is under the sink.

and paper towels.. 

This works really really good for ME. I think its so easy to just pick this up and go..LOVE IT!

However.. I did see this idea to store cleaning supplies that I like a lot too. 

 

Its a plastic shoe organizer that you hang on any door.. How cool is that? BUT.. still with a big house, I would be running back and forth a lot. But I still might do this anyway.. and refill the caddie when needed. 

Also upstairs, the boys leave a lot of laundry and trash. 

So I made a new area with a sign.. 

and added ANOTHER laundry basket and trash can. 

I wanted a tall laundry basket and tall garbage can but I got both of these for $2 at the Dollar Store so who cares right!? I couldn't beat that price for both and its not the style that is going to make my family use these. 

So far its pretty new.. but the test will come in a few weeks when the boys get use to seeing them. I am tired of picking up all their garbage and clothes.. so fingers crossed this works!
