Happy Weekend!
Its a beautiful sunny day around here... I got to sleep in as I told you I was last night and I feel great today! I woke up again to Jackson cuddling in bed with me. Its so sweet! I am kinda sleepy still though. I tried some new sleep meds..and I took them too late in the night. I seriously have to try to start taking them much earlier so I can get up with Jackson. I think his first week is going to be harder on me than its going to be on him!
I can't believe that summer is finally dwindling down. Its been a busy time for us around here and I am hoping that the fall brings a little more calmness and routine. I love spending time with all the kids but I am also going to love for things to calm down. Who knows maybe I'm dreaming. Maybe the school year will be much busier than the summer.. but I am hoping its not!
Speaking of back to school.. I have 2 Back to School Posts coming up. Part 1 will be up later today and the second part will be up on Sunday. I know it might be a little late for some of you whos kids have already started back to school. BUT there is tons of great information in both of the Back to School posts has tons of information so I am hoping you will read through it anyway!
Husby should be home early today!! YEA!! I am kinda hoping to take the dog swimming today once Scott gets home. Do you guys know that Scott saved Super Cooper in a river a few years back? The river was high with a fast current and he got stuck in the middle. It was a cool Eater Sunday afternoon and husby went right in.
Yea.. it was one hell of a day. Scott got stuck out in the middle too and we had to get the police and fire department to get them both out. I might do a full post on here later of that day! But now you can see why its great fro me to take husby with us! I sure wouldn't have went out there to get him. I thought we could just pick him up down stream but that might have not been a good idea. BTW.. you can't see the dog in this picture because hes on the other side of all that wood. But this is an actual picture from that day back 3 years ago!
Well time to get a few things done around here!
