Good Morning! Its 753 here right now and I have been up close to an hour. Husby got up at 545 and left around 7 to go do his thing. Well, let me say.. hotels suck! I didn't sleep that good. The bed wasn't that comfy and I forgot my own pillow... so I had to use those huge fluffy pillows that break your neck to try to sleep. I finally tossed the pillow in the floor and just didn't use one. It was cold in here too.. not to mention the toilet ran all freaking night.. In fact, its running right now. And I will also say that hotel tv sucks too!
My baby ( Romeo ) slept good though.. and husby seemed to sleep pretty good too. He is over right in the same area as the picture above. I got a lot of pictures last night and I also got some video that I will share with you all over the weekend. I am thinking he will be here right at noon. He thinks they are giving out ipads to whom ever comes.. so hopefully for him, he gets one! We already have 1 and we have the laptop so that is really enough but it would be nice to get another!
In just a few minutes I am going to call and get some room service for breakfast. I thought about wondering around downtown and getting breakfast but I won't lie.. I get nervous walking in a big city alone.. and I am not familiar enough with downtown Atlanta.. plus I would have to leave Romeo alone in the room and I don't want to do that. BTW.. he was a handful in the car yesterday. He meowed non stop.. until the sun set and then he quieted down. We thought that this hotel allowed pets... but on the way down, I read online that there are NO pets. Opps.. It was valet parking only too. Soooooo.. yea, interesting huh!? Well, I put all this stuff in the suitcase.. including a portable litter box ( handy! ) and then wrapped him up in a sweater and just jumped out of the car when the guy opened my door.. Well, not one person noticed him but they sure heard him. I guess he didn't like being hidden so he again..he MEOWED all through the freaking lobby, past the front desk and into the elevator! Scott and I about died laughing!! He hasn't damaged anything or done anything in here other than play so its all good.. but sneaking him in was a challenge to say the least! =) I bring my cats everywhere... and a lot of times I sneak them in.. maybe its not right but I am not leaving my little fur babies alone...when they are only a couple months old. I wish we had a video last night because it was hilarious! I can't believe none of the front desk workers heard him! Scott and I were about ready to die! I don't know what I would have done if they would have caught us.. I guess, I would have put him in the car and snuck back out to get him if I had to!
I missed American Idol last night but I did here that the top 3 were Joshua, Jessica and Phillip. Thats the right top 3. I wanted to post Phillips Wednesday night performance but I will do an American Idol Post in a few days and include it. I love all 3 of them! I will also be working on some coupon post and maybe even Fill in the _____Friday while I am waiting on husby! Stay Tuned!!
By the way we are only a block or so away from the Olympic Park.. We were there last night.. so freaking pretty. I will get some video if I can today. I HATE that I forgot my camera at home on the charger.. but at least I have my phone! Its really pretty here. I already filmed a short video of the room and our view of downtown. Maybe I will get that posted too before he gets back.. But right now.. Time for breakfast!
