Here are my 7 Deadly Sins of Beauty...

1. GREED: What is your most inexpensive beauty item? What is your most expensive?

My most inexpensive would have to be some of the make up from ELF such as



This dual shadow for $1.00

and one of most expensive make up items would have to be


My most expensive would probably be my Chanel Soleil Tan De Canel Bronzing Makeup Base. Its one of the best cream bronzers out there.. It cost about $50 a tub .. but I am on the hunt for a cheaper dupe but still can't find one! I have never paid $50 for a bonzer before but since I have dry skin, this works really well for me.

2. WRATH: What beauty products do you have a love/hate relationship with? What product has been the hardest to get?


For me,

red lipstick is what I would pick. I love how it looks, I love that this one step is enough to transform any look but it takes work to wear a darker lipstick. You always have to deal with it fading or feathering out and you have to touch up often if you want it to wear it. It just takes a lot of work to pull it off. I can't think of any things that have been really hard to get.. well, it was extremely hard tracking down my Real Technique brushes.. Ulta was out online and the 2 around here, were also sold out. Just had to wait.. but they were worth it!

3. GLUTTONY: What are your most delicious beauty products?

I don't normally eat my make up but I will say that I adore the

EOS Honeysuckle lip balm. I have 3 or 4 of these and I keep one in my purse, my nightstand, and in my bathroom and I even have one in the downstairs bath.. but I love the smell and taste. And I have never had to just replace one either. They last forever!

4. SLOTH: What beauty product do you neglect, due to laziness?

I would have to say..

Primer. I just don't use it that much. It really is not due to just laziness but I don't find I need it on any kind of regular basis. I don't have acne, large pores, or any serious scaring so its just not part of my everyday make up routine. I only use it when I know I am going to be wearing my make up for a long period of time.. otherwise no primer for me!

5. PRIDE: What beauty product gives you the most self confidence?



Hands down, foundation. I don't have problem skin but I do have a little uneven color and I like a little coverage. This Neutrogena foundation has been a favorite of mine for a while.I can build it up or mix it in with some colorstay if I want a little extra coverage but it gives a pretty dewy look and it feels good on too.

 

 

6. LUST: What attributes do you find most attractive in the opposite sex

Weird question for a beauty tag but to answer the question..

This is what I find most attractive..

♥ Confident

7. ENVY: What items would you most like to receive as a gift?

Well, it price was no object I would have to say I would LOVE to have these..



Hakuhodo – S100 Series 07 Brushes. These are very expensive.. as much as $150 for one of the larger brushes and the cheapest brushes start about $75. The full set like the one above is about $500. These are amazing hand made Japanese brushes that are never just cut. They never cut the tip of the brushes but hand-sculpt and assemble them using the finest quality materials. I doubt these will be showing up anytime soon, but its not bad to dream!
