After our night in down town New Orleans we headed back to the hotel.. got some sleep and then woke up and headed to the Aubudon Insectarium. Husby really wasn't interested in going to see some bugs but Zane and I were excited!

This was located in a federal building... so there was security and safety checks when you first get in there.
Who would have guessed that you would have to go through a metal detator or have your purse checked to see some bugs!?
It was actually pretty neat inside..
and gave husby plenty to look at!
