How many times do you wash your face daily?
Twice. When I get up I normally just wash it with water only. Then in my nightly bath I wash it with soap and products.
What skin type do you have? (dry,oily,combo)
Combination. but more on the dry side.

Do you exfoliate?
Yes, I have to get all that dead skin off. I exfoliate about 3 times a week.
What brand do you use?
To exfoliate, I use the Saint Ives Apricot Scrub.
What moisturizer do you use?
Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream.
Do you have freckles?
only a few on my arms
Do you use eye cream?
Yes, Olay Regenerist Eye Lifting Serum
Do you or did you have acne prone skin?
No. I have broke out some but nothing that I had to deal with on a regular basis.
Did you ever have to use Pro-activ?
Yes, I tried a few of their products when I did have the occasional break out.
What foundation do you use?
I use a few. ..I love the Make Up Forever Matt Velvet +, I also use Neutrogena Healthy Skin foundation and I also like the color stay foundation too. Heck.. I like a lot of foundations. I could keep naming them. I use them all.
How about concealer?
I love the Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer. Its so soft and feels great under my eyes.
Do you know your undertone color?
I would be considered a cool, with yellow undertones as opposed to pink undertones .
What do you think of fake eyelashes?
I love them! I am lucky though, because I have thick lashes and with a few coats of mascara, I can get the fake lash look with my own lashes.
Did you know that you are supposed to change your mascara every 3 months?
Of course. I use a lot of mascara so I go through it pretty fast but no, I don't always toss mascara out at the 3 month mark. I have never had an eye infection from old mascara. Sometimes after the formula has sat for a while it gets better.
What brand of mascara do you use?
I love so many! Currently I am using Physicians Formula Organic Wear Lash Boosting Mascara and I also love the Mabelline Great Lash Loads of Lashes mascara. Both are great!
Sephora or MAC?
That’s a hard one… MAC is great for lip/eye/blush colors but Sephora is better for body and skincare stuff – it’s a tie!
Do you have a MAC Pro-card?
No, but a friend of mine does and if I want any pro products, I just go through her.
What makeup tools do you use in make up application?
Brushes mainly, but also cotton balls, cotton swabs, sponges, and my fingers.
Do you use make-up base/primer for the eyes?
Most days I do. I use to use MAC Paint Pots but now after finding the Revlon Tattoo cream shadows.. I have switched! ! It makes your color last longer and be a bit brighter – and no creasing!
Face Primer
Not too often.. but I do use the Loreal Magic Perfecting Base sometimes and I am also testing out the Almay Smart Shade Perfect & Correct Primer.. You can see my thoughts on it HERE.
What is your favorite eyeshadow (color or shade)?
I have so many favorites. I am just going to say I like to stick with neutrals, browns, creams, and black.
Do you use pencil or liquid eyeliner?
Pencil 50% of the time, gel the other 50%.
How often do you poke your eye with an eyeliner pencil?
I never poke my eye unless I am applying make up in the car while husby is driving!
What do you think of pigment eye shadows?
I like them, however I reach for them less because they are much messier and harder to work with.
Do you use mineral makeup?
Nope – I’m not a big fan to be quite honest. I don't like the coverage.
What is your favorite lipstick?
I have a few but I adore Mac’s Angel and I also like Rimmel in dreamy.

Mac’s underage, and there are a ton of the Colorstay Glosses that I love.
What is your favorite blush to use?
Again, I have a lot that I enjoy. I like Nars Orgasm, but I also like a lot of the Jane Blushes. I have been using the Jane blush in 01 - Natural shimmering blush. I love how it looks on the skin!
Do you buy your makeup on ebay?
No, but I have bought some brushes on ebay
Do you like drugstore makeup?
Of course I do. I have found tons and tons of drug store make up that is right up with the high end make up. You just have to try different things and find what works for you. But you can totally get some amazing looks using only drugstore make up!
Do you go to CCO's? (cosmetic company outlets)
Not too ofen.
Did you ever consider taking make-up classes?
Yes, but I have never gotten around to it. I would love to take a few PRO classes at mac!

Sometimes if I have to get up early I am.. I am NOT A MORNING PERSON but most of the time, no I am not clumsy!
Name a makeup crime that you hate?
There are so many, lol! Overplucked brows, overlined lipliner, too much bronzer, etc.
Do you like colorful shades of makeup (lipstick,eyeshadow) or neutral ones?
Both, for different moods. For everyday wear, neutrals. My everyday look is nude glossy lips with slightly heavier, but still nude eyes with black liner. Soft, but put together.
Which celebrity always has great make up?
I really love Kim Kardashian’s makeup – many people think it is too heavy, but I love it! It’s all about nude glossy lips and heavy eyes, which is what I like to do as well.
If you could leave the house using just ONE make up item, what would you use?
Mascara maybe, or a dewy foundation. One of those!
Could you ever leave the house without any makeup on?
I do sometimes, but not too often . I am not a slave to makeup, but I do love it and as I get older.. there are more areas that I want to conceal a little more!
Do you think you look good even without any makeup on?
Yes, but like most women I prefer myself with a little color on!
In your opinion, what is the BEST makeup line?
That’s hard… I guess Mac for colored stuff and brushes, but I don’t really enjoy their skincare or foundation products.
What do you think of Makeup??
I love it! It’s fun – it’s expression and art.. and it makes many many women feel better about themselves. If just a little make up can lift someones spirits.. that alone is AMAZING!
