This year I decided to go easy on Christmas dinner so I can spend my time with my family and friends and not be stuck in the kitchen! This menu is fairly simple. We have a total of 8 coming for dinner, so thisis what I think will make a beautiful Christmas meal for any family. We celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve and then on Christmas day have a big buffet where everyone can serve their selves as they want.
