IT WAS THANKSGIVING IN FEBRUARY IN THE JAGGERS HOUSE!
I DECIDED TO FIX
TURKEY BREAST, STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, MAC AND CHEESE,
CARROTS AND CRANBERRY SAUCE.
SOUNDS LIKE A BIG DINNER BUT....ALL EASY TO FIX..
I DECIDED TO TRY THIS JENNIE O OVEN READY TURKEY BREAST. ..IT GOES FROM THE FREEZER TO THE OVEN..
THE TURKEY BREAST IS IN A FLAVOR BAG THAT GOES DIRECTLY INTO A CASSEROLE DISH TO BAKE...YOU ALSO GET A GRAVY POUCH..
AFTER COOKING IT PER THE DIRECTION THE TURKEY BREAST CAME OUT SOOOOO GOOD! IT TOOK ABOUT 3 1/2 HRS TO COOK..
IN THE MEAN TIME I MADE THE MAC N CHEESE, MASHED POTATOES, CARROTS AND CRANBERRY SAUCE..
I HAD THE TABLE ALL SET BUT THE GUYS WORKED TILL ALMOST 9 PM.. I DECIDED TO SET IT ALL ON THE COUNTER AND LET THEM SERVE THEMSELVES...IT WAS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ELSE..
MICHAEL ATE AS SOON AS HE CAME IN BUT SCOTT WAITED FOR A BIT BEFORE FIXING HIS PLATE..
AS YOU CAN SEE IT WAS ALL BUFFET STYLE AND IT ACTUALLY WORKED OUT JUST FINE!
YUMMMMMM!!!
AND OF COURSE WE ATE IN FRONT OF THE TV..
I KNOW I MADE A LOT BUT I PLAN ON USING THE LEFT OVER TURKEY IN ANOTHER RECIPE...
ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE MEALS!!
THE GUYS LIKED IT TOO!
