WHATS ON THE MENU...

LAST NIGHT SCOTT AND I HAD A DINNER TO DIE FOR..

WE HAD

FILLETS OF BEEF, JUMBO PRAWNS, WITH ASPARAGUS..

YUMMMMMMM!!!

 

HERE IS BASICALLY EVERYTHING FOR DINNER.. I USED SOME EGG AND FLOUR FOR THE PRAWNS, AND SOME MARINADE FOR THE STEAKS..BUT BESIDES THAT THIS DINNER WAS PRETTY EASY..



THESE PRAWNS LOOKED SOOOO GOOD AT THE STORE.. THEY ARE HUGE.. I JUST WANTED TO SHOW YOU HOW HUGE THEY WERE..THE WERE BASICALLY THE SIZE OF MY HAND..



AND THE FILLETS LOOKED REALLY GOOD TOO!



I GOT THE INDOOR GRILL GOING AND GOT THE STEAKS COOKING RIGHT AWAY!



ONCE THEY GET SOME GOOD MARKS ON THEM, FLIP THEM OVER..



HERE IS THE 3 STEPS TO MAKING THE PANKO CRUSTED PRAWNS...

THE FIRST BOWL AT THE BACK IS FLOUR, THE NEXT IS EGG, AND THEN IN THE FRONT BOWL IS PANKO..


DIP THE PRAWNS IN THE FLOUR..



SHAKE THEM OFF..



DIP THEM IN EGG



AND ROLL THEM AROUND IN THE PANKO..



AND SIT ASIDE..



REPEAT UNTIL ALL THE PRAWNS OR SHRIMP ARE DONE AND COATED WELL..



THEN I FLIPPED THE STEAKS GOT SOME BEAUTIFUL GRILL MARKS ON THEM..



THEN TRANSFERRED THEM TO A SKILLET AND PLACED IN A WARM OVEN UNTIL THE REST OF DINNER WAS DONE..



IN THE MEAN TIME I HEATED UP SOME VEGETABLE OIL AND DROPPED IN THE PRAWNS..



AND THEN GOT THE ASPARAGUS ON THE INDOOR GRILL..



FLIPPING THE SHRIMP WHEN THEY WERE BROWNED ON ONE SIDE..



ONCE HEY WERE COOKED I REMOVED THEM TO A PAPER TOWEL TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS OIL..



AND DINNER WAS SERVED...

ONE OF THE BEST MEALS EVER FOR DINNER FOR 2!!
