WHATS ON THE MENU..

LAST NIGHT IT WAS JUST SCOTT AND MYSELF FOR DINNER SO WE PICKED UP SOME MORE...

AHI TUNA SOME LOMEIN NOODLES...


HERE IS BASICALLY WHAT I USED FOR THE TUNA..

AS YOU CAN SEE THERE IS A TUBE OF WASBI SAUCE, PICKLED GINGER, SESAME SEED, SOY SAUCE, AND LOMEIN NOODLES..


I COATED THE TUNA IN SESAME SEEDS..YOU DONT HAVE TO COAT THE FISH IN ANYTHING BECAUSE THE SEEDS JUST STICK RIGHT TO IT ALONE..


JUST BE SURE TO PRESS THEM ONTO IT..


THEN DRIZZLE SOME OILVE OIL INTO A NON STICK SKILLET AND TURN IT ON HIGH..


THEN PUT IN THE TUNA STEAKS. NOW FOR AHI TUNA YOU WANT THE MIDDLE RARE.. SO IT SHOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT 2 MINUTES PER SIDE.



THEN REMOVE THEM TO THE CUTTING BOARD..


AND SLICE IT UP THIN..


I PLATED IT UP WITH THE GINGER AND WASBI..



AND DINNER WAS SERVED..WE ATE IT IN THE LIVING ROOM WHILE WATCHING A MOVIE.

IT WAS A GRRRRRRRRRRREAT DINNER JUST FOR US TWO!



AND FOR DESERT WE ENJOYED SOME YUMMY CAKE...
