EASY DELICIOUS BREAKFAST..

I WANTED TO SHOW YOU A GREAT SIMPLE BREAKFAST..WELL THATS IF YOU LIKE GRAPEFRUIT!

I LOVE ALMOST ALL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. MY GRANDMOTHER USE TO MAKE THIS FOR ME ALL THE TIME. ITS REAL SIMPLE AND REAL GOOD..


YOU JUST NEED A GRAPEFRUIT AND SOME SUGAR. IF YOU ARE BY YOURSELF 1 WILL DO..THAT WILL GIVE YOU 2 DAYS WORTH OF BREAKFAST OR IF YOU ARE ME, IT WILL GIVE YOU ONE BREAKFAST AND ONE SNACK LATER IN THE DAY!


TAKE THE GRAPE FRUIT BY THE TOP AND BOTTOM CORE...THERE IS A LITTLE NOTCH ON EACH END..


AND THEN CUT RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN WHERE YOUR THE CORE IS..


IT WILL GIVE YOU TWO GRAPEFRUIT HALVES THAT ARE SECTIONED ALREADY FOR YOU..


PLACE THEM IN A BOWL..


THEN TAKE A SMALL KNIFE AND GO AROUND THE ENTIRE OUTER EDGE AND THEN SECTION BY SECTION SO ITS EASY TO REMOVE AND EAT..THIS ONLY TAKES ABOUT ONE MINUTE..


THEN TAKE SOME SUGAR AND SPRINKLE IT ON TOP..I LIKE A LOT OF SUGAR BUT YOU COULD USE SPLINDA OR ANY OTHER SWEETER YOU LIKE.. I SPLIT A 1/4 OF A CUP OF SUGAR BETWEEN 2 GRAPEFRUIT HALVES.


THEN COVER AND PUT IN FRIG OVER NIGHT.

THE SUGAR WILL CRYSTALLIZE ON TOP AND IT WILL BE SOOOO GOOD WHEN YOU WAKE UP..

I LIKE TO EAT THIS WITH TOAST AND JUICE OR COFFEE..
