TONIGHT I WENT FOR SOMETHING PRETTY EASY YET REALLY GOOD...
ROASTED CHICKEN WITH VEGETABLES.
THIS IS SO EASY TO MAKE. JUST TAKE YOUR ROASTING CHICKEN AND CUT UP POTATOES, ONIONS, GARLIC AND CARROTS IN BAKING DISH...ADD SOME CHICKEN STOCK TO IT. THEN SLATHER THE CHICKEN WITH BUTTER, SALT AND PEPPER AND EITHER THYME OR ROSEMARY.I WENT FOR THYME TONIGHT.
BAKE AT 400 FOR A COUPLE HOURS TILL JUICES RUN CLEAR AND VEGGIES ARE TENDER AND YOUR DONE.
I SERVED IT UP WITH WARM PUMPERNICKEL BREAD WITH HONEY BUTTER AND SLICED TOMATOES. EVERYONE LOVED IT. EVEN PICKY JACKSON!
