Hello friends! I am back with another linkup today from Christine & Taylor . I haven't done a lot of literary linkups ever so I thought this might just be fun. For those of you bloggers who like to read, this would also be great for you too! Hope you enjoy.
1. What are you reading? Tell us about it!
2. Do you find yourself reading more of a particular genre during the heat of summer?
Nope. I tend to stick to the same kind of books no matter what time of year it is!
3. Who are your favorite book villains (either to love or to hate?)
I don't read fiction books a lot. So I don't have a list of villains. Personally I would go for a quick movie over a fiction novel because I like to save my reading time for more spiritual self help kind of books. But I do love all Jane Austin Novels but the old Judge in Becoming Jane is a Villain of sorts who I kinda love to hate. He wanted his nephew to marry up and really thought he had his best interest at heart. But as many of us already know, money can never out rule the matters of the ♥.
4. If you could choose one author’s writing powers to harness, who would you choose and why?
Eckhart Tolle. I think his words some flow so well together. Sometimes I get so caught up in them that I will read one sentence, one quote, one paragraph over and over. I would love to be able to speak/write so clearly about life as he does.
5. Do you read one book at a time, or read multiple books at once?
With the way the life is right now...one book at a time!
6. What are some of your favorite non-fiction books?
The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment
Heaven is Real
Elizabeth the Queen: The Life of a Modern Monarch
Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Red wing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10
I hope you have a great day. I will be back in a bit with a new chicken recipe | video | and another fun link up this evening sometime! Stay tuned!
