Hello friends! I hope your having a great afternoon. I am back with a Saturday Smoothie recipe that is full of energy boosting nutrients that will give any day a good kick start! I don't drink green smoothies every weekend but I do like them from time to time. Green smoothies are really good for your body. You can pack a green smoothie with tons of leafy greens that are packed with more vitamins and minerals that any other food group. No joke! With a simple green smoothie like this, you can work towards having more beautiful healthy skin, boost your immune system and health all while getting a natural energy boost. Energy Boosting Green
Smoothie
Handful of spinach and or kale
1 avocado
1 small cucumber
1/2 green apple
1 kiwi
Spring of mint
2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Honey to sweeten
1/2 -1 cup Purified water or coconut water
Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until green and smooth! :)
Pour in glass and enjoy!
