Happy Wednesday Friends! Time for another Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce from over at From This Side of the Pond ....this is always such a fun linkup.. join in anytime! Hope you enjoy.
1. It's still May, right? When were you last in the middle of something that might be described as mayhem?
2. When did you last feel dismayed?
It hasn't been too long and I posted a video all about it....have a look if your interested.
3. What's a food combination you like, but other people may find strange?
I don't know....maybe lots of sugar in my coffee. I know.. not too exciting but I can't really think of anything else!

I think it really depends on the person and situation. I mean going to law school at 75 is a bit much if you ask me..and I would personally say that ship sailed but in other situations its totally possible for you to change the outcome of your life. I think you need to spend as much time in your late teens and early 20's figuring out what makes you happy...what you hold valuable and go for it. The sooner the better!
5. US News and World Report listed the best historic destinations in the US as follows-Washington D.C, Philadelphia PA, Williamsburg VA, Charleston SC, Boston MA, Richmnd VA, Savannah, GA, Santa Fe NM, Yellowstone, San Antonio TX, San Francisco CA, New Orleans LA, and Charlottesville VA.
Of those listed how many have you seen in person? Which two sites on the list would you most like to see in person?
I have seen every place on the list except Santa Fe NM and San Francisco CA so I guess those would have to be my picks! :)

Swimming laps for sure. I don't really work out that much but when I do I love to include swimming. It works every muscle in the body and its peaceful and calming at the same time. I did a entire Summer Fit Series that you can check out here if you want to see more!
7. What did you like best about the city, town, or neighborhood where you grew up?
I had to really think about this one. There is not one place that I liked so much that I would want to share it from where I grew up. I thought and thought and one image kept popping up in my head.
↓
My grandfather. He is what I liked best about where I grew up. I like the memories we made together. He's been gone for a few years now and I still hear his voice in my head and feel him all around me. He is my best memory from where I grew up. He couldn't ever take the place of my mom but he stepped in and was the father that I so needed. ♥
8. Insert your own random thought here.

I hope you have a wonderful Wednesday!
