Wednesday Hodgepodge!

Happy Wednesday Friends! Time for another Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce from over at From This Side of the Pond ....this is always such a fun linkup.. join in anytime! Hope you enjoy!

1. According to Oxford Dictionaries, the 2013 word of the year is 'selfie'. Your thoughts? When did you last take a selfie? Do you post them online somewhere?  Do you prefer to be in front of the camera or behind the lens?

Well, I have been posting selfies for a long time now! I guess I started doing it when I started blogging, making social media accounts, etc. Most of the time I post them on Instagram but I also post them on Facebook, and twitter. I use to be uncomfortable in front of the camera but I came out of that a while ago. I love making videos, I love talking on camera, I love my subscribers, I just love it.. and plan on doing it for a loooooong time! 

2. Will you send out Christmas cards this year? If so, are they ready to go? If not, are you glad or sad about leaving that tradition behind?

Yes.. and just last night I posted a video with my Holiday Card Exchange.. Here it is!!

3. Do you trust easily?

No. I think I really only trust my mom.. and that's where it ends. I love my husband with all my heart but I don't do so well with trusting him or his decisions all the time. I'm a work in progress.

4. Pine-cinnamon-peppermint-vanilla (as in sugar cookie)...of those listed, which one is your favorite December scent?

Sugar Cookie for sure!

5. Did you do more talking or more listening yesterday? Was that by choice or necessity?

I think it was pretty even actually. And no it wasn't by choice.. it was just the natural way things happened.

6. What's the last song that got stuck in your head? Sorry if it's back there now :  )



7. Which world explorer (in the whole history of the world) would you most like to have traveled with, and why? 

Lenorado Da Vinci.....for sure. I think he was a man beyond his time who traveled all around and who would have been wonderful to know!

I am still shocked that the holidays are coming so fast. Really, the end of the year is coming fast and it has been for a while now. I guess I am truly starting to understand when people say life flew right by because I feel it now. This was a hard year for our family but a fast one. We have so many plans in the next few weeks that I really don't know how we are going to get through it all... but we will! I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
