Wednesday Hodgepodge!

Happy Wednesday Friends! Time for another Wednesday Hodgepodge with Joyce from over at From This Side of the Pond ....this is always such a fun linkup.. join in anytime! Hope you enjoy!

1. Today is my sister's birthday (yesterday actually). What's one way you're like your siblings? If you don't have siblings, how are you like your lifelong best friend or cousin?


We are alike in many ways...I think we both are very passionate people like our mom is. Granted, we all have our own unique and different goals and dreams...but all three of us are very passionate.

2. What's the first thing that comes to mind when you think of yourself at age eighteen?

Stupid. I was way to worried about pleasing other people....begging loosers to stay when God knows, the door needed to hit them in the ass. I was defiant, naive, and had a lot to learn.

3. Sculptor-dancer-actor-painter...if you could excel in one of these arts, which would you choose and why?



Painter and or Sculptor. I always find it amazing to see a statue out of marble or even wood. I can't imagine the skill it takes to create a master piece from just a slab. I have always had a passion for painting too. There is something so relaxing to me about picking up a paint brush and getting lost in brush strokes.

4. What's a scent that takes you back in time, and where does it take you?

Honeysuckle. Around my childhood home there was a ton of honeysuckle. I could always always smell the sweet scent. I loved it and still to this day, I love it. And it always always takes me back to my childhood!

5. November is for peanut butter lovers (National Peanut Butter Lovers Month).  Are you a lover or a hater?  What's your favorite dish/recipe that calls for peanut butter?

I eat some peanut butter but not a lot. I am sure I have lots of dessert recipes with peanut butter but the way I use it most often, is on a PBJ. 6. What do people thank you personally for most often?

Well I get thanked a lot on youtube for inspiring someone in someway the most. Those sweet thank you's often times makes my heart melt. I also get a lot of thank you's from my husband for all I do around our home.

7. What event this year are you most thankful for?

I am finally taking steps with the Dentist to get some work done. I just had my first appointment today and will get the worked finished up over the next couple of weeks. It has taken me many years to get the courage up to go but I did it and now I am moving forward.....scared or not.

I am home from the dentist... and it all went well. I have to get up and get a few things done around the house today because yesterday was spent sitting at the desk working on the computer. I am still sleepy from going to be late last night and getting up early today. I think I am going to make me a strong espresso and get busy!
