1. When it comes to good manners, what two top your list of most important?
Oh my...only 2! There are so many. I think being gracious is important. Please, Thank you, Sir, Mrs, always always, always goes a long away. I never let my kids get gifts without thank you calls. I prefer notes myself, but getting my 11 year old little boy to sit down and write out all those notes but I do make him call. Its important. In fact today my son turned 11 years old!! And he will be making his calls in the next 30 minutes. I think its important and it always happens.
2. Let's open a proverbial can of worms...Common Core. Are you familiar with the term (talking education reform in the USA)? If so, care to share your thoughts? In your opinion, what is one of the biggest issues schools (in your home country) face today?
Again, there are so many. but I don't know what the worse thing about public education is really.. I would guess test scores need to be raised. Smaller classrooms for the teachers, better technology, better food, news ways of thinking. I watched a documentary on Google and how its set up with nap pods, healthy food for all, colorful designs throughout the campus. I think that kind of thinking would help improve all schools. But ABOVE ALL... I think our schools should be SAFE. I think its bullshit that our kids are getting shot up. I think better measures need be to be taken. I think there should be a blanket law in this country that EVERY SCHOOL have the best protection possible.
3. Name a celebrity whose fashion sense you admire and share why.
I don't know if she is considered a celebrity but I kinda think she is..
I think Kate Middleton dresses like a true lady. I love her style.
4. How are you affected by the changing seasons?
I am very affected by the seasons. I tend to get a little depressed at the end of fall, and when the days are shorter in the winter I normally always get depressed and a bit sad. The sun and fresh air effect me a lot. But I am always trying to figure out ways to get that fresh air, get more light, and try to not get the winter blues!
5. Scariest book you've ever read?
I don't think I have ever read a scary book! I don't do scary anything!
6. What time of day are you most hungry? What's your go-to snack?
It just depends. But I get hungry a lot in the late afternoon. Normally I just get something small like some cheese and crackers, chips, grapes, anything to hold me off till dinner!
7. Do you lean more towards being too needy or too independent? Which do you find harder to deal with in others?
I am pretty independent even though I am a stay at home wife and mother. I think life is hard and there will always be people who need a little more support than others and I'm ok with it.
8. Insert your own random thought here.
Its been a busy day around here. I had shopping to do and then I get home and have to run back out to run an errand for Scott. I get back home, take phone calls and put things up. Took a break.. took pictures for upcoming haul blog post, and now getting ready to go into the evening. I totally need a pick me up. I'm getting tired and still have so much to do. For Jackson's birthday dinner he choose tacos and a cookie cake! So that's what is happening next!
I hope you all have had a great day!

Happy Birthday to your son! I have a day today, with a bajillion things to do, three of them the type thing you avoid. Ugh. Trying to force myself to make those calls before I do anything else. Cookie cakes are fun!
