1 Gallon of Milk = 1 lb of fresh mozzarella!

One gallon of milk will yield about 1 pound of cheese. (I paid $2.39 for the milk, so 1 pound of fresh mozzarella was less than $2.50). Homemade Mozzarella Cheese is one of the easiest cheeses to make, it only takes 30 minutes and the taste can't be beat!
