Its such a pretty night here tonight..The hot weather is unbearable all day but the nights are perfect..The breeze is so nice right now. I think we are expecting rain again tonight. That was just awesome last night. Going to bed during a thunderstorm. I love listening to it!
Right now Scott and I are watching...
Its ok I guess but I am not that interested in it. But we decided to give it a try...I really dont think its anything to brag about. But been enjoying the time with baby.
Today we got a new bed put together. We already had the bed but this is a new head board and foot board. Its metal and kinda pretty. Scott got it on his own. I think it looks pretty but I would prefer wood. But it really makes the bed look really nice. I am so thankful he put it together. I was going to try but it was way too much for me to do! Too many parts!
After we got the bed put together Scott took Jackson swimming at this lake...I guess it had all kinds of things...Slides, diving boards, some kind of barrel that you try to run on and keep your balance, rope swings...you name it they had it.. Its in some kind of forest so there are lots of things to do. So we are all going back tomorrow. Scott said it was full of Amish kids..Jackson loved it..I am packing a big picnic lunch, blankets, towels...Its going to be an all day affair for us! I will take my camera and take lots of pictures. I didnt see any reason to get another under water camera because its a lake and I figure its murky and I couldnt see it.
I manged to get the laundry caught up today and the house picked up.Glad I did since we are going to be gone all day tomorrow. I went out shopping today for supplies to take tomorrow. Its a big job packing stuff up for all of us!! I like to be prepared!!!! Anyway, the day started pretty late for me...I kinda just lounged around and watched cooking shows. But once the boys left this afternoon, I got busy! I have been going ever since!
Jackson was pretty good today! He stayed quite till they left. He is just a big bundle of happy energy! He is always smiling! It melts my heart. I know he is happy that Brittany is coming home on Tuesday...He is starting to talk about it a lot. I cant wait to see her too! I have missed her so much these 2 weeks! I am really happy for her to be able to enjoy time with my mom. This trip was for her.
Well I am about ready to go hop in the shower. I still have a lot to do before I go to bed!
