NIGHT IN REVIEW

I love the sound of the night. It is still so beautiful outside. Its quite and calming. Scott just got out of the shower and headed upstairs for bed. The bath is calling my name. But have to wait for the water to heat back up.

I got a lot done today. I really worked hard in the kitchen, pantry, and laundry room. It forever to get all 3 rooms swept and mopped. But the house is looking good. For dinner tonight we had grilled pork tenderloin, grilled potatoes, and asparagus...I love breaking out the grill and fixing something yummy..My grill is looking like it has been to hell and back but it still cooks delicious food! So I am keeping it at least another season..Scott is wanting a gas grill, but I like the taste from the charcoal.

Scott and I went furniture shopping after he got home..We have been wanting a new set of couches. It hasn't been easy to find what we are looking for. I think we both agree that we are going for leather..Right now we have a cloth couch and we are both pretty tired of it. I think we are going to put our current set in the second living room. I know its kinda weird but we have 2 living rooms..Its just the way the house is built. And if we do move these in there that would give us extra room for friends and family who come to visit.

So.....here is what we decided on....I think.....

Here is the set..We want both..The couch and love seat.. The couch is made by Ashley. It is a queen sleeper with pillow top cushions. Love it..

I think we are getting this little accent chair to give us more seating in the first living room. It matches well with the couch and love seat. I am going to call tomorrow and place the order. Its 90 days same as cash, so I am hoping we can pay it off before interest starts hitting our credit card. I don't know how long it will take to have delivered. I also hope we can get it through our small doors. With our current couch we really struggled.

We have had our current living room furniture for over 2 yrs ago and it is starting to look wore out. Not to mention, the sleep bed sucks...I am excited..I think it will look much better than what we have now!

Scott and I got along pretty good most of the day. But he did get grumpy again right before he went to bed. I am not so sure that he was picking a fight but I once again left him alone. He came back, kissed me good night and told me he loved me. I guess he thinks I am grumpy too. I don't think so....I feel like I have been more than nice. But really I think he is wanting to be babied a little more! I know he is not feeling too good and wants more attention than usual. I need to try to make more time for him so he don't feel so forgotten.

Giovanni is still running window to window trying to get out. I have been squirting him all day for his constant meowing and digging at the door. He really wants out. I am starting to get pretty tired of it. Tomorrow I am going to try to make the harness fit better so he cant get out of it. He needs to get some fresh air because he is wearing me out!!!!
